Embarked payment processing, incorporated with escrow protection, keeps the money until it is picked up and ensures the safety of both parties. The option of automatic payment to owners on completion of rental eliminates embarrassing cash payments.
Inbuilt messaging ensures that all communication is centralized, and text threads are not lost or forgotten, or missed calls. The rentals are maintained by automated phone reminders of pickup time and deadlines.
BC has automatic documentation generation, insurance verification, and regulatory reporting in its licensed fleet, which are used to manage the complexity that owners are not supposed to contemplate.

Created a series of clickable prototypes and worked through booking flows with consumers before the first line of code, streamlining the navigation and minimizing the number of steps between search and confirmation by 40%.

The software was planned to be developed in three-week cycles, where the working features were provided to the stakeholders at the end of each sprint, enabling real-time feedback and corrections of the course as new needs of the users appeared.
